What We Do

Axe builds AI agents for logistics and supply chain operations.

Logistics is a trillion-euro industry still powered by billions of phone calls, emails, and spreadsheets. Axe replaces this manual work with intelligent AI agents - so human teams can focus on high-impact, strategic work.

Founded by James McElroy and Dan Quill (exits to Blackstone and Wayflyer), Axe has grown rapidly in its first 7 months. We now operate across Europe and the U.S., partnering with some of the world’s largest logistics providers and backed by top tier EU VC's. You can learn more about our vision in our Manifesto.

We’re building a world-class team to create a generational AI company and modernise how the physical economy runs.

What you’ll do

  • Play a significant role in building Axe’s GTM engine as we scale from early traction to our next 10x growth milestone.

  • Own the inbound growth funnel: create product marketing and content that resonate with logistics, freight, and home-services audiences; scale lead generation through SEO, GEO, and paid campaigns with external partners.

  • Track, analyse, and optimize funnel and campaign performance to drive data-based decisions.

  • Automate manual workflows using an AI-first approach, leveraging the same tools we build for customers.

  • Work closely with sales team to align growth marketing with product and GTM execution.

What makes you a great fit

  • You have a growth hacker mentality and have shown you can reach audiences through successful projects, social presence, or measurable growth results.

  • You’re creative, proactive, and great at turning insights into compelling content.

  • You’re comfortable with data, experimentation, A/B testing, and iterating based on results.

  • You’re tech-savvy, comfortable with automation and AI tools, and quick to learn new platforms.

  • You love solving problems independently and figuring things out without needing constant guidance.

  • You have initial marketing or growth experience (internships, side projects, or personal ventures).

  • You’re finishing university or recently graduated and can imagine joining Axe full-time post-internship.

You may not be a good fit if:

  • You don’t enjoy creating content (blog posts, landing pages, social media, product messaging).

  • You’re not excited about testing multiple channels at once and learning quickly from failures.

  • You’re uncomfortable with analytics, data, or making metric-driven decisions.

  • You have never worked with automation or AI tools and lack basic technical curiosity.

  • You only want to do high-level “strategy” and not roll up your sleeves.

  • You’re looking for a traditional 9–5 internship with rigid structure.
