As search rapidly shifts from links to answers, they help brands understand where they appear inside AI-generated responses, why they are being cited, and what actions actually improve visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
The company has recently secured significant funding, with a further round already planned, and is entering a major scale-up phase. Their ambition is clear:

This role joins at a pivotal moment. The foundations are in place, product traction is strong, and the focus is now on scaling growth in a way that is commercial, repeatable and measurable,
As Growth Manager, this person will own Searchable’s commercial growth engine.
This is not a surface-level “ideas” role. It is a hands-on growth position focused on turning demand into revenue, owning the funnel end-to-end and running experiments that directly impact conversion, pipeline and ARR.
They will work closely with the founders, product and GTM teams as Searchable moves from high-growth startup to category leader.
Searchable has grown to $100,000 MRR in 75 days and is looking to expand rapidly.
Growth & acquisition
Own the full growth funnel: paid acquisition → website → trial → conversion
Plan and execute paid media across channels such as Google, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Test messaging, positioning and landing pages to improve conversion performance
CRO & experimentation
Lead CRO across the website and onboarding journey
Run hypothesis-led experiments across UX, copy, structure and funnel mechanics
Prioritise work based on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
Commercial accountability
Own and report on CAC, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS and revenue attribution
Build dashboards that clearly connect activity to revenue outcomes
Work closely with leadership on targets, forecasting and scaling strategy
Cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Product on trials, packaging, pricing and onboarding flows
Feed customer and funnel insights back into roadmap and GTM decisions
Help position Searchable as the leading AI Search visibility platform
Must-have
4–7+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing or revenue-focused roles
Strong experience owning paid acquisition with clear commercial outcomes
Hands-on CRO experience with demonstrable conversion improvements
Highly analytical, with a focus on impact rather than activity
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led startup environment
Nice-to-have
Experience in B2B SaaS or data-led products
Background in early-stage or scale-up environments
Familiarity with analytics, attribution and experimentation tooling
