We're looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to own user acquisition and ad monetization across our portfolio of free-to-play mobile games. You'll be responsible for profitably scaling our player base while maximizing ad revenue per user by balancing CPI, ROAS, and LTV to drive sustainable growth. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across major channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and others).
Manage and allocate UA budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and hit LTV/CPI targets.
Conduct creative testing (ad creatives, formats, messaging) in close collaboration with the creative team to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making real-time bid and budget adjustments.
Build and maintain LTV models that incorporate both IAP and ad revenue to inform UA spend decisions.
Monitor and optimize in-game ad revenue performance across ad networks and mediation platforms (e.g., ironSource, AdMob), improving eCPM, fill rate, and ARPDAU.
Check ad quality and work with ad networks to reduce churn and increase revenue.
Run A/B tests on ad placements and configurations to maximize ARPU without negatively impacting retention or player experience.
Monitor fill rates, eCPM, ARPDAU, and other key ad revenue metrics.
Strong understanding of mobile UA metrics, campaign structures, optimization levers and MMPs (i.e. Singular, Adjust, etc).
Detect ad fraud, organic cannibalization and other abnormal behaviors to optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with ad mediation tools, bidder/segment optimization, and in-game ad placements; proper setup for privacy and compliance.
Understanding of key growth metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU) and mobile gaming monetization mechanics.
Solid understanding of F2P monetization models, player LTV, and the relationship between UA and ad revenue.
Self-driven and ownership mindset.

3+ years of experience in user acquisition, ad monetization, or growth marketing, ideally in mobile F2P gaming.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in LTV forecasting, retention analysis, A/B testing frameworks, and UA campaign optimization.
Bonus/Nice to Have: Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) for custom reporting and predictions.
Los Angeles: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work;
Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer.
The range for this role is $80k–$100K per month depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
