Growth Manager Intern

We're looking for three high-agency Growth Manager Interns to own and grow critical business lines at Leland. This isn't a "shadow and learn" internship; you'll own a number, build the strategy to move it, and execute relentlessly. If you're an AI-native operator who's obsessed with growth, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to work like a founder, we want you on the team.
Each intern will own one of the following:
APMseason.com — Leland's dedicated job search and resource hub for aspiring product managers
Leland+ — Leland's content membership product
Courses Sales Automation — Leland's course sales automation (a complex AI workflow)
What you'll be doing:
Taking ownership of a specific business line and driving meaningful, measurable growth
Building your own AI-powered automations and workflows to move faster and work smarter
Running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly based on what you learn
Getting in the weeds, whether that's writing copy, cold outreaching potential customers, or digging through data
Your qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program
AI-native operator who actively creates their own automations and uses AI tools to get leverage; not just a user, but a builder
Available to work 20+ hours per week, in-person in the Lehi office 2+ days/week
No conflicting summer internship; if you perform well, this role is expected to continue through the summer
