You will own the strategy, experience, and growth of our consumer app. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thinks like a business owner, leads with the user in mind, and knows how to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, technology, and business development, serving as the internal champion and day-to-day lead for everything for our App.
You will work closely with the Head of Consumer Channels, the technology team, and the marketing team to drive new program development, shape the feature roadmap, and build toward a fully integrated digital ecosystem. This is not a purely technical role, but comfort with digital products and a curiosity for how they work will serve you well. Managing the business through operational and financial metrics leveraging digital tools with close attention to details is a must.

App Strategy and Business Leadership
Own the App as a business, driving strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution.
Set a clear app vision that ladders up to our brand and commercial objectives.
Define and track KPIs across engagement, retention, subscriber growth, and revenue.
Identify growth opportunities that deepen the connection between our digital and physical product ecosystem.
Pursue and manage strategic partnerships that expand the app's reach and value.
Consumer Experience and Program Development
Lead new training program development with the Education team, keeping content compelling, on-brand, and built for the consumer.
Own the end-to-end user experience, from sign-up to long-term retention, always pushing to make it better.
Synthesize user feedback, performance data, and market trends into clear experience and content decisions.
Drive the build-out of a fully integrated digital ecosystem that connects the app to our broader product world.
Product Roadmap and Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with the technology team to define, prioritize, and ship the feature roadmap.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable briefs the tech team can execute against.
Align with marketing to drive awareness, downloads, and subscriber conversion across channels.
Keep product, content, and marketing moving in the same direction toward shared goals.
Growth and Performance
Own the growth strategy, building initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, and long-term retention.
Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and emerging trends in consumer fitness apps.
Deliver regular performance reporting to leadership that is clear, honest, and forward-looking.
Spot and close the gaps between what users expect and what the app delivers.
5 to 8 years of professional experience in consumer apps, digital products, growth, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead a digital product or consumer-facing business with measurable results.
Strong business acumen with experience using data to drive decisions and communicate performance.
Experience working cross-functionally across technology, marketing, and business development teams.
Familiarity with app ecosystems, subscription models, and digital consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to keep multiple work streams moving.
Experience pursuing or managing strategic partnerships is a plus.
Background in product management, consumer marketing, or digital growth is a plus but not required.
Passion for fitness, movement, and performance-driven brands.
Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with teams across the organization.
Global perspective and understanding differences in various global markets is a plus.
