Build and maintain the GTM infrastructure across marketing and sales
Implement and manage tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Heyreach, outbound platforms, and analytics tools
Design and build automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, outreach campaigns, and CRM workflows
Connect tools across the GTM stack and maintain clean data flows between systems
Use AI and automation tools to improve targeting, prospect research, and personalization
Run experiments on outbound strategies, messaging, and segmentation
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and campaign performance
3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Heyreach, and outbound automation platforms
Experience building automation workflows and marketing pipelines
Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation tools
Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing and outbound automation
Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance
