Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support during peak periods or staff absences. Your exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for guests and a smooth operation at our campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and students upon arrival, providing assistance as needed.
- Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, offering information about our programs and services.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty treatments and consultations.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
- Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
