Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide essential coverage by delivering outstanding service to guests and students during periods of staff absence or increased demand. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the university's front desk during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about programs, services, and appointments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
- Address concerns or feedback from guests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized work environment.
- Support administrative duties as required to facilitate university operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
