한국 시장의 성장 목표를 책임집니다. 데이터 기반의 사용자 획득 및 리텐션 전략을 통해 구독자 수를 확대하고 LTV:CAC 비율을 개선합니다.
연간 $NM 이상의 마케팅 예산을 운영하며, 높은 크리에이티브 생산성과 실험, 효율적인 매체 집행을 통해 퍼포먼스 마케팅을 리드하고 확장합니다.
새로운 성장 채널(예: 프로덕트 기반 성장 루프, 대체 유료 채널, 가격/패키징 혁신 등)을 식별하고, 검증하고, 스케일합니다.
Paid UA, CRM 등 다양한 기능을 아우르는 그로스 팀을 구성하고 코칭합니다.
Paid 마케팅, CRM, 퍼널 성과, 프로덕트 사용 등 전반적인 지표에 대해 일간/주간 수준의 가시성을 확보할 수 있도록 리포팅 시스템을 구축하고 최적화합니다.
프로덕트, 브랜드, 글로벌 센트럴 그로스 팀과 협업하여 한국 시장의 기회에 맞는 전략을 수립하고 실행합니다.

풀 스택 그로스 전문성: 퍼포먼스 마케팅, 퍼널 최적화, 실험 설계/운영 등 전 영역에 걸친 실무 및 전략적 경험

About This Role
We’re looking for a Head of Growth (Korea) to lead Speak’s next stage of growth in its most important market. Based in Seoul, this person will be fully responsible for driving sustainable user acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term retention in Korea—setting the vision, building the systems, and leading a high-performing team to deliver bold business outcomes.
As a key member of both the Korea leadership team and Speak’s global Growth team, you’ll oversee all aspects of our local growth strategy—including paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and new growth experiments. You’ll also act as a key advisor to brand and product teams to ensure our broader consumer business in Korea is set up for long-term success.
What you’ll be doing
Own and deliver Korea’s growth targets—growing our subscriber base while improving LTV:CAC through data-driven acquisition and retention strategies
Lead and scale our performance marketing efforts, managing >$00M+ annual budget with high creative output, experimentation, and media efficiency
Architect and align Korea’s full-funnel growth strategy across Paid, CRM, Brand, Influencer, and Partnerships, driving measurable impact from upper-funnel investment, establishing incrementality frameworks, and ensuring channel synergy across acquisition and retention
Identify, validate, and scale new growth channels (e.g. product-led growth loops, alternative paid media, pricing/packaging innovation)
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary growth team across paid UA, CRM and more
Build and optimize reporting systems for daily/weekly visibility across paid marketing, CRM, funnel performance, and product usage
Partner with Brand and Content teams to align messaging, creative strategy, and audience targeting with performance objectives
Collaborate with product, brand, and central growth teams to align roadmaps with local market opportunities
Contribute to Korea’s brand positioning and comms strategy in service of broader market growth
What we’re looking for
Proven growth leadership: 7+ years in high-growth tech or consumer startups, with ownership of $10M+ annual marketing budgets across both web and app
Full-stack growth expertise: Deep hands-on experience across performance marketing, upper-funnel brand integration, funnel optimization, and experimentation—able to translate brand awareness and messaging strategy into measurable subscriber growth and improved LTV:CAC
Builder mentality: Comfortable building systems, dashboards, and processes from scratch—while operating at both strategic and executional levels
Strong operator: Ability to synthesize performance signals and drive cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and brand
Team leader & coach: Track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing growth and marketing teams
Local fluency, global mindset: Deep understanding of Korean consumer behavior with the ability to adapt and apply global best practices
Business fluency in English: Capable of leading collaboration with global stakeholders and aligning local efforts to global goals
