What you will do
Develop and execute international expansion strategies: do everything that is needed to enter and successfully penetrate new European markets, and beyond.
Outperform on own sales targets. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
Build, lead, motivate, and manage the international expansion teams (currently Italy, France and UK/Ireland): ensure high performance and professional growth within the team, oversee daily operations, make sure we set up and run processes and workflows.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).
Who you are
You have successfully built and led teams in international markets or multi-market environments. Experience managing diverse teams across different geographies is a plus.
You are a role model and have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.
You have a hands-on attitude, you have a pragmatic yet structured approach to get things done.
You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are fluent in other languages (eg: French, Spanish, Italian,...)
You have experience in competitive and fast paced environments, such as consulting, VC or hyper growth startups.
