About Our Company: EyeTell is a new startup brought to you by Chad Hurley, the Co-Founder and former CEO of YouTube. We are building something new at the intersection of AI and mixed media and are looking for a wizard-level Head of Sales to join our small team. You will be joining at the ground floor, which is an exciting time! However, because of this, we expect teammates to be in the office most of the time, so if you seek remote-only or remote-mostly, this is not the droid you are looking for.
Job Summary: As the Head of Sales, you will be the architect of EyeTell’s revenue engine. You will design and execute our go-to-market strategy, building the foundation for how our AI and mixed media solutions reach the world.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market adoption.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
Identify and secure high-value partnerships and enterprise deals that align with our AI-driven mission.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales feedback informs the product roadmap.
Establish sales processes, CRM workflows, and performance metrics from the ground up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 10 years of provable experience.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech startup.
Proven track record of scaling revenue from zero to significant milestones.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions.
A genuine passion for the intersection of AI and media.
