Geoprobe® is seeking an HR Generalist to support key Human Resources functions ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. This role coordinates recruiting efforts, manages onboarding training and orientation, supports employee accountability systems, and assists with HR operations. The HR Generalist serves as a resource for employees, supervisors, and leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Someone who enjoys guiding and helping candidates in their hiring journeyand ensuring all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support all aspects of the recruiting process to attract high‑quality talent, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Schedule and conduct first‑round interviews alongside employees from across the company and coordinate follow-up candidate interactions
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience, connecting early with new employees, and ensuring a smooth transition to our team
- Facilitate ongoing processes that support employees through internal transitions, role changes, and exit interviews
- Strengthen employee accountability through clear documentation, organized review processes, and practices that reinforce our culture
- Monitor evolving workplace and market trends by reviewing data and staying up‑to‑date on new tools, platforms, and resources
- Support general HR administrative tasks, backfilling other positions as needed
- Assist with company events and trainings

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or related experience desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines
