The Office Administrator supports daily operations that keep the Kansas Service Center running efficiently. This position coordinates information across teams, manages documentation, and interacts directly with customers over the phone and in person.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and confident; able to manage multiple tasks, deliver excellent customer service, and support the service team. This individual will learn our systems and tools, engage with customers, and contribute to reporting and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrative support for the service team
- Professionally greet and assist customers over the phone and in person
- Handle clerical duties, documentation, and daily office workflows
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks move through required departments
- Gather data and produce business reports
- Consolidate information into clear, usable formats for service and management teams
- Learn and leverage internal systems and technology; recommend process improvements

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong ownership of tasks and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple activities and adapt to variable workloads
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Tech‑friendly; able to learn systems quickly (SAP or EPICOR experience a plus)
- Effective at building relationships with co‑workers, customers, and vendors
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
