HR Intern (12-month Full-Time/Part-Time Program)

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and peopleoriented HR Intern to support our HR Business Partner team in driving key people initiatives and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBPs with recruitment activities and workforce planning
- Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices
- Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with HR reports, analytics, and documentations
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- University student from Business, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn how HR supports business strategy
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
