Role Purpose
Own and manage the Retail LMS to ensure effective training delivery, strong user adoption, and measurable impact on store performance across all retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end ownership of the Retail LMS (daily operations, access, vendor coordination)
• Structure, maintain, and govern retail learning content and learning journeys
• Support onboarding, ongoing training, and store manager development
• Track and report on course completion, learner engagement, and assessment results
• Partner with Retail, Training, and HR teams to align learning with business needs
• Drive LMS adoption, quality standards, and continuous improvement
Value to the Business
• Ensures consistent training across all stores and regions
• Improves visibility on learning completion and performance gaps
• Reduces manual follow-up for trainers and managers
• Enables scalable, data-driven retail training
Success Indicators / KPIs
• Course Completion Rate
- % of assigned courses completed on time (quarterly)
• Learner Engagement
- Active users, log-ins, course participation, drop-off rates
• Quarterly Course Feedback Survey
- Average satisfaction score
- Clear improvement actions from feedback
• Content Quality & Relevance
- % of courses reviewed and updated per quarter
- Reduction of outdated or duplicated content
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
