- Support Executive Managers in all leadership / HR processes related to the executive target group, in a first phase with dedicated focus on Europe segment to app. 50 %.
- Onboard and enable new HR colleagues in the NatCos, ensuring a seamless integration into processes and systems.
- Coordinate, prepare and support essential annual HR processes for executives (e.g., People Day), including analytical preparation and insights.
- Maintain HR master data and ensure consistently high data quality standards as a foundation for reliable analytics and reporting.
- Handle complex HR requests and resolve challenging customer issues with a service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
- Contribute to projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes, particularly in the areas of data quality, standardization, analytics and automation.
- Oversee, maintain and further develop HR IT systems to support effective HR service delivery, including analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Prepare regular KPI-based reports and dashboards to ensure transparency, process control, and actionable insights for informed decision making.
- Design and conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports, including visual graphics and storytelling, to support decision-making and executive communication.
- Support broader HR operations team with perspectives and needs for seamless global integration of processes, systems and data analytics approaches
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and experience working for executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Skills with high attention to detail, in particular in data quality and reporting.
- Experience working with HR IT systems and automation.
- Experience in HR data analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
- Project management / cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Business fluent in English, German language skills as an advantage

The HR Operations Specialist is expected to take initiative when managing executive leadership / HR processes, act autonomously in the day-to-day business, and drive continuous improvement within the scope of responsibility.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you are part of Group Leadership and Executive Management (GLEM) and a dedicated operations team. You take on cross-segment responsibilities while maintaining a specific focus on supporting the EU segment in the first instance. In this role, you collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, support different segments, and ensure that the unique requirements and needs of a segment are addressed and implemented effectively.
