Your Role:
At instacar, we are looking for an Insurance Associate to join our Operations team and support the full accident management lifecycle of our growing fleet.
If you are organized, detail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in handling accident-related cases with professionalism and structure.
Reporting to the Insurance Specialist, you will manage accident files, customer communication and insurance documentation, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, workshops, claims adjusters and insurance partners, always with accuracy and compliance in mind.
Your Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients regarding accident cases and provide guidance on required documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate insurance records and customer files in the company database.
- Process new insurance applications and policy renewals.
- Modify existing policies when changes are required (e.g., adding a new vehicle or driver).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations.
- Collect and review documentation for claims submissions.
- Manage procedures related to total loss and stolen vehicles.
- Handle the issuance of Green Cards and new driver insurance premiums.
- Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications as required.
Requirements
We value individuals who:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, claims handling or relevant customer-facing roles.
- Are comfortable handling customer communication over the phone, even in demanding situations.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy and consistency.
- Have a good understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
- Are fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken).
- Hold valid insurance certifications/licenses (considered an asset).
