Our renovation arm operates as a boutique, bespoke design & build firm — not the typical freelance model common in Singapore. We run a lean, fully in-house team delivering premium residential and commercial renovations in the SGD 300K–$2M+ range. We're positioned just below ultra-luxury firms but well above mass-market, and we're growing fast.

The Role
We're hiring a Director-level leader to take full ownership of our interior design and renovation division, reporting directly to Co-Founder Race Wong. This is not a middle-management position — you will run the entire renovation arm, leading a team of ~12 in-house professionals.

What you'll do:
• Lead and grow the renovation division end-to-end — design, execution, delivery
• Manage a team of designers, project coordinators, and site staff
• Work directly with clients from pre-sales through to project handover
• Conduct client presentations, boardroom meetings, and design consultations
• Collaborate hands-on with site managers through regular site visits
• Drive deal closures and revenue growth for the division
• Manage vendor, supplier, and contractor relationships across Singapore

What we're looking for:
• 10+ years in interior design and renovation, with a strong design & build background (not design consultancy only)
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential and/or commercial projects (SGD 300K+)
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore market — vendors, suppliers, contractors, and local business practices
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (communicative Mandarin for client and vendor interactions)
• Client-facing confidence — you can sell a vision in the boardroom and solve problems on-site
• Leadership experience — managing teams, mentoring designers, driving accountability
• Stable career history with demonstrated long-term commitment to previous roles
• Hands-on, collaborative management style — you lead alongside your team, not above them

This role is NOT for you if:
• Your experience is limited to mass-market or low-budget renovations
• You come from a pure design consultancy background without execution experience
• You're a freelancer or long-term independent consultant looking for a contract
• You're new to Singapore without existing local market knowledge and contacts
