You will join the IT Infrastructure division, composed of two operational clusters:
- Implementation & Lifecycle
- Rollout & Support
This position belongs to the Rollout & Support Operations unit, responsible for deployments, maintenance, third‑line support, and monitoring of core systems.
3. Responsibilities
The IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer will:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Cloud environments.
- Maintain and enhance monitoring solutions to ensure performance and stability.
- Provide high‑quality 3rd line support, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support implementation of system changes, upgrades, and security patching.
- Drive infrastructure automation and scripting initiatives.
- Produce operational procedures and technical documentation.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language.
4. Main Tasks
After onboarding, the engineer will take ownership of Windows‑based systems:
Installation & Configuration
- Windows Server & desktop systems
- Cloud services
- Linux / container platforms (asset)
System Support & Administration
- Windows, Cloud, Linux (asset), virtualization platforms (asset)
- DNS / DHCP management
- Firewall requests and basic network diagnosis
- Security patching and upgrades
Operations & Monitoring
- System monitoring & incident follow up
- Change request handling
- Coordination with external partners
Automation & Packaging
- Automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Software packaging using modern MDM/endpoint tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)
Documentation & Communication
- Write procedures & technical notes
- Participate in technical meetings
- Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders

6. Profile & Required Skills
Minimum Experience: 3+ years in a Windows & Cloud systems engineering role.
