We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to help keep our systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support our team across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments, ensuring employees have the tools, systems, and support they need to do their best work.
This is an 8-month term role where you'll jump in quickly, solve real problems, and help keep the systems behind our AI teams running smoothly.
This role combines hands-on technical support, endpoint management, and security operations in a fast-moving AI company.
What You'll Do:
Provide Level 1–3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues through the IT Help Desk.Support and administer MacOS, Windows, and Linux workstations.Manage device lifecycle including procurement, setup, inventory tracking, and secure offboarding.Maintain endpoint security tools, apply patches, and ensure systems meet security standards.Manage user access through identity systems including SSO and MFA.Respond to security alerts and support remediation when needed.Maintain internal IT documentation and help guides.Support office network and connectivity troubleshooting.
What You Bring:
4–8+ years of experience in IT operations, help desk, or systems administration.Strong experience supporting MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments.Experience with endpoint security, patching, and identity/access management.Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2.Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
