About the Role
This is an evergreen role and we continuously review qualified candidates as hiring needs arise. Due to the volume of applications, only candidates whose experience closely aligns with the role will be contacted.
As a Senior AI Architect, you are a principal-level technical and strategic leader responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions in production environments.
You will move clients from idea → prototype → production → measurable value.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. You are accountable for architecting sound, secure, and scalable agentic systems — while ensuring they deliver adoption, ROI, and lifecycle growth.
You will partner closely with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use casesTranslate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designsArchitect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access, evaluation)Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment (our internal agentic platform)Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reusability and scaleDefine and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creationSupport account growth by ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle value realization

What You Bring
8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy rolesDeep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integrationExperience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environmentsStrong systems thinking and architectural judgmentExecutive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domainsBias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Responsible AI (RAI)
