You will be the primary technical problem-solver for a fast-paced creative team, managing 1st and 2nd line support with exposure to 3rd line systems. Your impact ensures seamless daily operations by maintaining hardware, cloud infrastructure, and network reliability, while fostering a high-confidence IT culture across the studio's diverse production environment.

What you will do:

• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues via a dedicated ticketing system

• Support the maintenance of cloud systems including M365 and G-Suite, alongside Windows Server and network infrastructure

• Manage hardware lifecycles, including equipment setup, performance monitoring, and ensuring robust security and GDPR compliance

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within a creative or SME environment wearing multiple hats

• Technical proficiency in Windows Server, M365, and general network troubleshooting with a methodical approach to problem-solving

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical creative teams
