Founded in 1982, APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand that associates itself with the chicness of Monaco and South of France lifestyle.
The role is responsible for supporting the Hong Kong offices, the Data Center, Oversea Office, and International Retail Store with IT-related issues, providing responsive IT support and maintenance/troubleshooting for new and existing systems.
Report to Assistant IT Service Delivery Manager
Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of IT support services, including Windows and Mac OS computers, iPhones/iPads, printers, Apple TV, and server room network equipment.
- Proactive management and monitoring to ensure the good working condition of all video conferencing units and all Office and Retail store AV systems.
- Ensure that the CCTV (NVR) is connected to the system via the network.
- Enforce IT processes and procedures and promote the ticketing system.
- Personally, or by remotely accessing computers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, while maintaining a helpful attitude, adhering to commitments, and following the problem management processes.
- Liaise with vendors and Telecom Service Provider on purchasing hardware, software, and SIM card plans. Management and assistance in the resolution of issues and queries.
- Maintain the existing computer and peripherals to standards determined by the team leader by performing upgrades, new installations, and carrying out routine procedures.
- Work with the IT Infrastructure team to implement new systems and technologies, including software, hardware, and networking equipment.
- Network expert – Collaborating with the IT Infrastructure Team to troubleshoot network issues.
- Assist in the Global / Hong Kong retail store Project deployment and IT equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Support role, utilizing or supporting macOS for extended periods.
- Knowledge of networks, MacOS and iOS 13-26, Windows 10/11, O365, AD administration, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, MDM, Printers, Network device cloud Management Platform.
- Experience in network administration and troubleshooting (LANs, WANs, VPN, TCP/IP, Switches and Routers, firewall, Wi-Fi, and access points), CCNA / CCNP certification preferred.
- Ability to come up with new ideas to further improve the level of service delivered to users.
- Trouble-shooters who can provide solutions promptly and spot potential issues before they escalate.
- Ability to take directions, working with limited supervision, as well as apply own initiatives.
- Logical and calm, with the ability to inspire confidence in IT services.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Flexibility to adjust work shifts in order to support boutiques operating across multiple time zones.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
