Junior Consultant Neurologist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Junior Consultant Neurologist to join our esteemed team at a leading healthcare facility. As a Junior Consultant Neurologist, you will work closely with senior neurologists and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with various neurological conditions. You will contribute to enhancing patient care while receiving mentorship and guidance to further your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough neurological assessments and gather detailed patient histories
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, epilepsy, and headaches
• Interpret results from diagnostic tests, including MRI and CT scans
• Collaborate with experienced consultants to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding neurological health and treatment options
• Maintain meticulous records in line with clinical protocols and standards
• Stay updated on the latest developments and research in neurology
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical license
• Completion of a residency in Neurology or equivalent training
• Interest in developing a career in neurology with a commitment to patient care
• Understanding of neurological assessment and diagnostic tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Empathy and dedication to providing patient-centered care
• Prior clinical experience or internships in neurology preferred but not mandatory
