In this pivotal role, you will be integral to ensuring quality patient care through the accurate interpretation of medical imaging studies.

As a Junior Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis of a wide range of medical conditions by analyzing medical images. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support within the facility, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze medical images, including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasounds
• Generate clear and concise reports outlining imaging findings
• Consult with senior radiologists and other healthcare providers regarding patient management and imaging protocols
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance radiological skills and knowledge
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialization in Radiology
• Completion of a residency program in Radiology
• Some experience in interpreting medical imaging studies (internships or rotations)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and radiological techniques
• Ability to effectively use imaging modalities such as X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
