We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Compliance professionals with experience in some or all of the following, to support the Group’s global governance, compliance, and corporate administration activities:
- corporate administration;
- corporate governance and entity management;
- regulatory filings & deadline management;
- company secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support statutory filings and corporate registry submissions across multiple jurisdictions (UK, Singapore, Bermuda, India, etc.) and prepare required corporate documentation;
- Assist with entity management and corporate administration for a global SPV portfolio;
- Draft board minutes, written resolutions, and maintain statutory registers and corporate records;
- Conduct KYC/AML onboarding and compliance checks on third parties;
- Prepare and provide KYC documentation and group structure charts to banks, counterparties, and service providers;
- Coordinate cross‑border incorporations, dissolutions, and corporate changes;
- Support intragroup restructurings;
- Maintain departmental trackers, databases, and filing systems;
- Liaise with banks, auditors, legal counsel, and corporate service providers;
- Provide general administrative, compliance, and CoSec support to the legal team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in a legal, compliance, corporate services, or financial services environment (experience in shipping, commodities, finance, or SPVheavy groups is an advantage).
- Exposure to some or all of the following:
- statutory filings & corporate registry submission
- corporate authorities & board documentation
- crossborder corporate changes and restructurings
- interaction with ship registries or overseas registries (advantageous)
- Joint ventures and other corporate matters.
