Junior RPA Developer

Overview of the Role

The purpose of the Junior RPA Developer role is to enhance business efficiency and accuracy by designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using Automation Anywhere.

This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver effective solutions. The Junior RPA Developer will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, reducing operational costs, and improving overall productivity, thereby contributing to the organization's success and growth.

Requirements

• Develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
• Provide training and support to team members on RPA best practices and Automation Anywhere features.
• Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all RPA implementations.
