Kit is an email-first operating system for creators who mean business. We help creators grow and monetize their audience with ease. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
Kit Studios is Kit’s in-house creator studio space where creators can record high-quality podcasts and video content in a professional production environment, free for creators on our Creator and Creator Pro plans.
As a Kit Studios Coordinator + Operations Manager, you’ll manage our Boise Podcast studio, where creators come to produce content for their creator businesses. As Kit grows its studio footprint, we need someone who can ensure every creator who walks through the door has an excellent experience—while also building the operational backbone that helps all our studios run smoothly (Boise, Chicago, and NYC)
This role splits time between hands-on studio coverage in Boise (greeting creators, managing bookings, troubleshooting technical issues) and cross-studio operations (owning backend systems, supporting other coordinators, tightening processes). You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day studio ops.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy balancing face-to-face hospitality with behind-the-scenes systems work—and you like being the person who makes things run better for others.
You'll report to Haley Janicek, Head of Creator Community at Kit.
You'll work closely with:
Other Kit Studios coordinators in Chicago and NYC
Cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, support, and operations
You'll have regular access to Haley and the broader community team, but you'll also be trusted to own your work and make decisions independently.
First Week: Meet Haley and the Kit Studios team. Shadow studio sessions in Boise to understand the creator experience and how to operate studio equipment. Learn the booking system, studio setup, and troubleshooting basics. Review existing documentation, processes, and flywheels across studios
First Month: You’ll manage Boise studio shifts independently (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Greet creators, manage day-of logistics, and handle technical troubleshooting as needed. Audit current backend systems (Wix, booking workflows, internal docs) and identify opportunities to improve. Begin answering day-to-day coordinator questions and supporting peers in other locations
First Six Months: Fully manage studio operations in Boise with confidence and consistency. Maintain and improve strong creator NPS scores through excellent in-studio experience. Help convert studio users into Kit Creator Pro plan upgrades through excellent knowledge of the product and clear value communication. Build systems and documentation that help all studios run more smoothly (e.g., booking workflows, coordinator playbooks, FAQ resources). Act as the operational liaison for coordinators across locations—answering questions, tightening processes, reducing friction. Start building content flywheels that support studio growth (social posts, creator testimonials, case studies, referral loops)
First Year: Be the operational backbone of Kit Studios—coordinators know they can come to you with questions and support. Consistently driving studio users to expand to our Creator Pro plan upgrades through excellent knowledge of the product and clear value communication. Drive measurable improvements in studio utilization, booking efficiency, and creator satisfaction. Support studio expansion and launch efforts (including new locations). Shape how Kit Studios operates as we scale.

Preference for purely remote work—this role requires in-person presence in Boise three days per week
Needing highly structured direction or step-by-step processes for every task
Discomfort with wearing multiple hats or shifting between different types of work
Wanting to stay in your lane rather than jumping in to support other initiatives
Location: This role is based in Boise, Idaho. You'll work on-site at the Kit Studio three days per week (typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday, though this may flex based on booking volume). Operations work can be done async throughout the week.
