This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wish to contribute to a dynamic team. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries, product information, and support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to Pluxee services and products via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide precise information and assistance regarding customer accounts, transaction processing, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints empathetically and work towards effective resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Stay updated on Pluxee’s offerings and promotions to better inform customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a busy remote working environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
