What You’ll Be Doing
- Install furnaces, ACs, and accessories to manufacturer standards
- Fabricate and install ductwork and transitions
- Handle flue piping, gas connections, and refrigerant vacuums
- Wire low-voltage components
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and dialed in
- Stock and organize your company vehicle
- Walk homeowners through their new system with confidence
- Represent Genz Ryan like a pro on every install
- Jump in on additional install tasks when needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Open to learning and growing your skill set
- Solid communication and basic tech comfort
- Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation
- 18+ years old and willing to work within a 60-mile radius of Burnsville
