As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern, you will support the L&D team by assisting in the transition of training content from the Playbook system to the Bob platform. You will focus heavily on content migration, organization, and optimization while also contributing to the development of new learning materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the migration of training content from the Playbook system to the Bob system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting
Review, organize, and update existing learning materials to align with current processes and standards
Assist in creating and editing training content, including guides, presentations, and e-learning materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate content
Assist with administrative tasks related to training and development initiatives
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in learning systems, content development, and employee training
