We are looking for a Legal Counsel with strong contractual expertise to oversee and manage the legal aspects of our business. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding the company’s interests by ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating legal risks, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organization.
You’ll be part of the Legal team and report directly to the Head of Legal.
What you are going to do:
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, with a primary focus on IT service agreements
Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to management and internal stakeholders, particularly on contractual matters
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks related to business decisions and operations
Develop and improve contract templates, guides, and internal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
Collaborate closely with business teams (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Operations) to support contract negotiations and deal structuring
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, especially in a fast-paced IT environment
Proactively advise on potential legal issues, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management
4+ years of experience in commercial and contract law, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating contracts
Proven experience handling complex commercial agreements independently
Experience in IT and/or IP law is a strong advantage
Experience working in or with the IT/technology sector will be considered a significant plus
Master’s degree in Law
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in English (a must-have)
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance legal risk with business needs
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

The salary range is 4000 - 5300 EUR GROSS / month depending on your experience
