Line Producer (Warsaw)

We’re expanding our content production team and are currently looking for a Line Producer to organize local photo and video shoots in Warsaw.
Your impact:
- Searching for and communicating with models, crew members, and location representatives for shoots.
- Full-cycle organization of shoots — from preparing all production elements to on-set management.
- Writing briefs and guidelines for shoot participants and colleagues.
- Preparing references and mood boards for shoots.
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in shoot organization or production.
- Understanding of the European market and experience working with European audiences.
- Experience organizing full-cycle shoots in Warsaw.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and a get-it-done approach.
- Ability to structure and visualize information using Google Sheets, Docs, and other tools.
- Responsibility, independence, and stress resilience.
- Excellent research skills (people, locations, resources).
- Self-organization: ability to prioritize tasks while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and business trips.
Will be a plus:
- Up-to-date with social media trends.
- Basic experience with Notion and Figma.
- Polish language.
