Monday Night Brewing is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join our tight knit, growing team. Reports to:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots and performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all brewery equipment - including grain handling, brewhouse, cellar, packaging, and utility systems.
- Creates and manages planned and preventative maintenance schedules for facilities systems and production systems and equipment.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating major projects and installations, and properly commissioning or decommissioning equipment as necessary.
- Performs general maintenance and repairs of facilities including building repair, electrical and plumbing work, deep cleaning, and organizing.
- Communicates with all affected departments as it relates to equipment and facilities downtime, repairs, and safety hazards.
- Updates work log daily via approved platforms and communicates work output that will affect all impacted parties.
- Supports production operations by developing troubleshooting guides and assisting with operator training as applicable.
- Responsible for management of the maintenance budget, including planning for major expenses, communicating with the accounting department around cash flow, and ensuring accuracy of reporting. Includes attending monthly budget review meetings.
- Ensures that all equipment meets OSHA safety standards and actively corrects any known hazards. Participates in annual voluntary compliance inspection.
- Maintains work areas by keeping tools, equipment, parts, and supplies clean, labeled, and in order.
- Manages engineering department workflow, including managing and prioritizing work of other maintenance technicians and coordinating with other department heads to supply and schedule additional labor where needed.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations affecting the brewery.

Compensation:
- $68,000 - $73,000 base (Salaried) + bonus potential

Qualifications:
- 5+ years maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical and control systems, mechanical drives, pneumatics, and refrigeration systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to work in excessively cold and hot temperatures
- Must be able to work standing for 8+ hours
