SAP Planning & Work Order Management
- Create, structure, schedule, and maintain SAP PM work orders for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
- Develop detailed job plans, including task sequences, durations, manpower, tools, and material requirements.
- Ensure work orders contain accurate descriptions, codes, and technical data.
- Track progress and update the status of all maintenance activities in SAP.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long‑term maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with offshore operations, discipline leads, and onshore engineering teams.
- Anticipate planning conflicts, resource bottlenecks, and SIMOPS constraints.
- Prepare planning deliverables for periodic meetings and audits.
Documentation & Data Integrity
- Ensure all documentation (drawings, procedures, risk assessments, technical files) is linked to the correct work orders.
- Validate the quality, consistency, and accuracy of technical data entered into SAP.
- Perform regular audits of planning data and correct discrepancies.
Materials & Resource Preparation
- Verify material availability for each job and ensure proper reservation in SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and vendors for missing items or long-lead materials.
- Maintain an updated overview of spare parts and consumables tied to maintenance tasks.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide weekly and monthly planning reports for maintenance leadership.
- Identify risks, delays, or gaps in preparation and propose mitigation plans.
- Contribute to improving planning processes, best practices, and SAP usage within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Maintenance Planner, ideally in offshore gas, LNG, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environments.
- Advanced user of SAP PM (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of maintenance workflows and asset management principles.
- Ability to interpret engineering documents: P&IDs, equipment lists, job procedures, and manuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
