Job Description:
Kodifly is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Associate II to strengthen our digital presence and contribute to our lead generation and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and content coordination, with a strong interest in technology, infrastructure, and AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Execution:
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Manage SEO, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
Monitor performance analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Content Coordination:
Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and address customer pain points.
Plan and execute the content calendar for all digital platforms ensuring consistent engagement and lead nurturing.
Oversee the distribution of content across all digital channels.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to align marketing campaigns with business and product objectives.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns.
Support reporting on campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience with SEO/SEM, lead generation, and email marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, and lead generation strategies.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
