Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B marketing strategy – Create targeted marketing plans to drive leads, revenue, and membership growth.
- Partner with business leaders – Work with senior stakeholders to deliver campaigns that boost brand and product awareness.
- Manage campaigns end‑to‑end – Oversee asset creation, delivery, tracking, ROI reporting, and compliance.
- Strengthen integrated marketing – Collaborate with Digital, PR, Events, Sales and BD teams to enhance multichannel campaigns.
- Create and refine content – Produce high‑quality creative assets and manage external agencies to deliver on time and to budget.
- Support planning and events – Provide insights for business planning and drive delegate acquisition and promotion for events.
Requirements
- Solid B2B marketing experience – Comfortable planning, delivering, and evaluating multi‑channel campaigns, with a track record of generating leads, supporting sales, and demonstrating clear ROI.
- Confident with digital tools and data – Familiar with PPC, display, and social (especially LinkedIn), alongside using Google Analytics and CRM platforms to monitor performance and guide decisions.
- Clear communicator with an eye for detail – Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills, paired with excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Creative, proactive and well‑organised – Brings fresh ideas, solves problems calmly, and can prioritise tasks independently while managing tight deadlines.
- Commercially aware with useful sector insight – Understands marketing costs and effectiveness, with desirable knowledge of logistics, retail or manufacturing, plus experience supporting trade shows.
- Collaborative and insight‑driven – Works well with others, analyses data confidently, prepares reports and campaign plans, contributes to wider planning, and supports informed marketing decisions.
