We are a team of more than 350 professionals across Europe. As we continue to expand our presence in the Nordic region and across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced marketing leader who can connect global strategy with regional execution and drive measurable commercial impact.
We are looking for a Head of Field Marketing EMEA & Field Marketing Manager – Nordics to lead regional marketing execution across Europe while directly managing and executing marketing initiatives in the Nordic region.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic oversight and operational execution. You will lead and develop a team of regional Field Marketing Managers across EMEA while also serving as the hands-on regional marketing lead for Denmark and Norway.
You will act as the key bridge between central marketing strategy and local market execution, ensuring campaigns resonate locally while contributing to shared commercial goals across Ibexa’s product portfolio.
Define and drive the EMEA field marketing strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director
Set regional priorities, allocate budgets, and ensure consistent campaign planning, measurement, and reporting
Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional Field Marketing Managers across EMEA
Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and knowledge sharing across markets
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, events, roundtables, and webinars targeting the Nordic markets
Own the Nordic marketing calendar and manage local vendors
Ensure seamless execution from campaign concept to post-event follow-up with SDRs and Sales teams
Localise global campaigns, messaging, and assets to align with local audiences, languages, and competitive landscapes
Ensure marketing positioning resonates effectively in each region
Work closely with Product Marketing to adapt messaging to local markets
Partner closely with Nordic Sales leadership to define shared revenue and pipeline targets
Identify priority accounts and target segments
Ensure strong alignment between regional Field Marketing Managers and their Sales counterparts
Participate in regional and cross-regional pipeline reviews
Manage Nordic events end-to-end, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, on-site execution, and follow-up
Own the EMEA event budget framework and establish shared ROI tracking standards across regions
Share insights and best practices across the marketing organisation
Work with Customer Marketing to activate regional customer success stories, case studies, and references
Build a strong Nordic customer reference pipeline
Support other regions in developing similar customer advocacy initiatives
Provide structured insights from the Nordic markets including competitive dynamics, audience behaviour, and partner ecosystems
Consolidate insights from regional teams to inform global marketing and product strategy
