📍 Aarhus, Denmark (Hybrid)
As a SDR – Nordics, you will generate and qualify pipeline across the Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). You will work closely with Account Executives and partners to engage upper mid-market and enterprise prospects and secure qualified meetings.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales within an international and fast-growing European tech company.
Run outbound and inbound prospecting across the Nordic region to generate qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Execute account-based prospecting: build target lists, map stakeholders, and perform multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify opportunities across Ibexa’s portfolio (DXP, PIM, CDP, CEP/automation, interactive data collection) with guidance from Account Executives
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business context, challenges, and strategic initiatives; document insights clearly in the CRM
Collaborate with partners on co-prospection and follow-up activities (webinars, local events, campaigns)
Maintain strong execution discipline: sequencing, activity tracking, CRM hygiene, and process adherence

0–2 years of experience (internships welcome) in SDR/BDR, B2B sales, marketing, or a prospecting/qualification role
Fluent English (mandatory)
One or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Structured, coachable, and performance-driven mindset
Interest in B2B SaaS and complex, multi-stakeholder environments (Marketing, Digital, eCommerce, IT/Data)
Nice to have:
Exposure to MarTech (DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, marketing automation/CEP)
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Cognism, Lemlist
A strong onboarding and development path in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
Mentorship from experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders
