We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operational foundations that support Our Future Health’s long-term commercial sustainability and partnerships.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting within the Chief Business Officer (CBO) Business Unit, where you will bring clarity, structure, and operational rigour to our revenue and partnership activities.

- Design and own revenue operations frameworks: Develop and maintain end-to-end revenue processes spanning pipeline management, revenue tracking, sales operations and supporting contracting and pricing design.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration: Partner across Commercial, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Data, Products, Science and Delivery teams to ensure aligned ways of working across the CBO Business Unit.
- Build forecasting and performance reporting: Develop revenue forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs to support planning, prioritisation, and executive decision-making.
- Optimise systems and tools: Own and evolve our CRM and commercial systems to ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and scalability as the organisation grows.
- Support commercial governance: Ensure revenue processes align with internal controls, charity governance, regulatory requirements, and partner expectations.
- Standardise ways of working: Develop playbooks, documentation, and guidance that enable consistent execution across revenue and commercial activities.
- Provide analytical insight: Analyse pipeline health, deal progression, conversion rates, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives: Contribute operational insight to pricing discussions, partnership models, and long-term commercial strategy.
