What you’ll be doing
- Lead the 1-3 year brand growth strategy for Biodermal/Skin in Benelux, delivering sales, share, margin and brand equity targets
- Act as the local “Brand CEO,” owning P&L, pricing, promo strategy and executional excellence
- Develop a digital-first marketing plan, including always-on and campaign activations across key consumer touchpoints
- Partner closely with Global Innovation and Portfolio teams to shape and localize the innovation pipeline (NPD, line extensions, upgrades)
- Create compelling brand positioning, claims and visual identity guidelines that differentiate in competitive skin health categories
- Drive integrated campaigns in collaboration with agencies, ensuring strong performance tracking and ROI focus
- Analyse brand and market performance, identify growth drivers and quickly implement corrective actions where needed
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category, E-commerce and external partners to win at point of purchase
- Identify geo-expansion opportunities and scale best practices across markets
- Lead and develop a small local team, while influencing in a matrix, international organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management within FMCG, consumer healthcare or personal care, ideally within Skin Health
- Strong track record of delivering brand growth and managing P&L in competitive categories
- Experience building and executing digital-first, data-driven marketing plans
- Commercially sharp, with hands-on experience in pricing, budget ownership and performance analysis
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrix and international environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage agency partnerships
- Analytical mindset with a strong performance and results orientation
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Ambitious, proactive and energized by building brands in a growth-focused company
