Job Summary
The Marketing Officer supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across Fredley Group of Companies’ brands. The role focuses on brand awareness, promotions, digital marketing, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across all Fredley brands.
Coordinate marketing activities for store openings, product launches, seasonal promos, and special events.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
Coordinate with creatives, agencies, and influencers for digital marketing activities.
Help ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Brand & Collateral Management
Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, menus, and in-store collaterals.
Coordinate with suppliers and printers for production of marketing materials.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to stores and branches.
Coordination & Administrative Support
Liaise with operations, sales, and store teams to align marketing initiatives with operational needs.
Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation.
Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and marketing-related paperwork.
Market & Competitor Monitoring
Conduct basic market research and competitor checks to identify trends, promotions, and opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and insights from stores and online platforms.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-brand companies.
Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic design knowledge (Canva, etc.) is a plus.
