Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth-Led Marketing Operations Manager to own the performance, operations, execution and outcomes of our trading challenges. You are not just here to manage the technical setup; you are the commercial driver responsible for hitting our "Verified" and "Deposit" targets.
Sitting at the intersection of growth, product, and data, you will bridge the gap between creative hooks, technical delivery and outstanding outcomes. While you ensure the plumbing of our funnels is flawless, your success is measured by the outcome. You must ensure every creator shout-out, email blast, and automation flow is designed to convert. If the numbers are down, you don’t just report it; you fix the funnel, pivot the strategy, and drive the team toward a win.
What you'll do
Own the Funnel & Drive the Numbers: You are responsible for the conversion and success of every challenge, architecting high-converting funnel flows and coordinating creators and emailers with the specific hooks and angles needed to hit "Verified" and "Deposit" targets, you don’t just report the numbers, you own the strategy to win themLead on Launch Execution: You turn growth ideas into concrete, battle-ready launch plans, serving as "Mission Control" during the "Go-Live" phase to manage technical troubleshooting and real-time community engagement, ensuring every link, asset, and tracking tag is 100% accurate under pressure.Optimise Lifecycle & Revenue Growth: You design and manage the automated retention flows (Email/WhatsApp/SMS) that drive task completion and prevent drop-offs, while constantly auditing conversion data to decide which traffic sources to scale, which offers to kill, and how to maximise ROI.Brief for Conversion: You act as the bridge between technical setup and creative output, providing creators and the email team with high-intent briefs that focus on the "close," ensuring all marketing assets are aligned with the ultimate goal of driving funded trading accountsReal-Time Performance Ownership: You monitor the metrics during active marketing windows, proactively shifting resources or tweaking funnel logic to fix underperforming channels before the launch window closes
Your skills and experience
Commercial Accountability: Proven track record of being held to specific revenue or user-growth targets (e.g., "Verifieds," "Deposits," or "Paid Conversions"), rather than just managing technical tasksDirect-Response Marketing Knowledge: A deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, including the ability to identify "leaks" in conversion rates and propose creative messaging or offer tweaks to fix themLifecycle & Retention Mastery: Skilled in designing "aggressive" yet effective automated sequences across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS to move users from sign-up to task completionHigh-Pressure Decision Making: Ability to monitor real-time metrics during a launch and make immediate calls on shifting budgets or changing funnel logic to save an underperforming campaignPersuasive Communication: Strong ability to write and speak direct UK English, with the skill to turn complex launch mechanics into simple, high-converting instructions for both the team and the audienceGrowth Tech Stack Sovereignty: Advanced hands-on experience with tools like Nas.io, ActiveCampaign/Klaviyo, and WhatsApp automation to build end-to-end user journeys without needing constant developer support
