You’ll work directly with senior leaders, influence hiring decisions at the highest level, and build the talent pipelines that power our next stage of growth.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs and lead kickoff strategies
Source top-tier talent using advanced techniques (direct sourcing, networks, databases, referrals)
Screen and interview candidates to assess both capability and cultural fit
Run structured hiring processes, including assessments and interview coordination
Present finalist candidates to leadership and board-level stakeholders with strong hiring cases
Lead tactical and checkpoint meetings, driving alignment and hiring progress
Strengthen Trafilea’s employer brand to attract high-performance talent globally
Track and optimize recruitment performance using data, KPIs, and analytics
