Finding smarter ways to source, advertise, and attract great candidates.
Driving real impact—not just on headcount, but on long-term hiring success and candidate experience.
Owning your projects like they’re your own company. You’ll be the face of Tribe.xyz and a trusted advisor to your clients.
You’re fluent in English and a strong communicator.
You’ve got experience hiring in Commercial or Operations roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You’ve worked with ATS tools and know how to make hiring smoother, smarter, and more efficient.
You don’t just "fill roles." You challenge, consult, and help clients build a hiring culture that lasts.
You’re data-driven, curious, and always looking for ways to level up the hiring game.
You think like an in-house recruiter: long-term vision, business impact, and culture fit matter to you.
