The role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and performance driven Marketplaces and Digital Key Account Manager including Amazon and Mercado Libre. As our Americas lead, this is an exciting opportunity to scale and build upon our existing business while establishing new growth channels across the North and South American markets.
This role combines hands-on marketplace management with strategic partnership development, requiring both analytical rigor and entrepreneurial flair. You will be attracted to working in a start-up style environment, with the benefit of an established business as support. Day-to-day you will take the charge on our marketplaces business, working closely with our 3P partners to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the digital business. You will also work closely with the wider team to build out our digital capabilities with our key distribution partners.

We’d love you to have
- Substantial marketplace management experience with a strong focus on North and South American marketplaces
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through digital channels including Amazon
- Deep understanding of major American marketplace dynamics, policies, and best practices
- Experience managing American consumer behaviour and regional market nuances
- Proficiency with major marketplace platforms and their seller tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards)
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing principles
- Experience with inventory management systems and CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Confident working in a multi-language, international environment and presenting to Senior Stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy
- Ideally experience or a personal interest in the health and wellbeing sector
- Fluency in English and preferably Spanish
