The role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and performance-driven Digital Key Account Manager to manage our Asia marketplace and digital partner strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to scale and build upon our existing business while establishing new growth channels across Asian markets.
Strategic partnership development is key to this role, as much of the day-to-day execution is managed by our Regional Partners. This role requires both analytical rigor and entrepreneurial flair. This is an exciting opportunity to scale and build upon our existing business while establishing new growth channels across Asian markets. You will be attracted to working in a start-up style environment, with the benefit of an established business as support.

We’d love you to have
- Substantial marketplace management experience with a strong focus on Asian marketplaces
- Mandarin and English proficiency
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through digital channels
- Deep understanding of major Asian marketplace dynamics, policies, and best practices
- Experience managing key account relationships and strategic partnerships
- Strong knowledge of Asian consumer behaviour and regional market nuances
- Proficiency with major marketplace platforms and their seller tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience
- Understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience with inventory management systems and CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Confident working in a multi-language, international environment and presenting to Senior Stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy
- Ideally experience or a personal interest in the health and wellbeing sector
