We're looking for a highly analytical and technically strong operations leader to own and scale the operational backbone of Lemonade's Media Partnerships channel.
We need someone to build and scale the engine, not just run it. You'll lead the design and evolution of partner infrastructure, attribution and tracking models, reconciliation and commission logic, lifecycle automation, and performance analytics. This is both strategic and hands-on - you'll design the operating model and ensure day-to-day operations run reliably.

Own and scale Lemonade’s affiliate and media partner platforms (Everflow, Cellxpert, etc.), including implementation, configuration, structure, and optimization
Lead cross-system integrations with CRM (HubSpot), data warehouse, tracking, and finance tools to ensure accurate end-to-end data flow
Design and maintain tracking, attribution, campaign structure, segmentation, permissions, and commission logic
Own reconciliation and partner payment processes in collaboration with Finance
Build and optimize performance analytics and dashboards in partnership with BI, identifying trends, discrepancies, and growth opportunities
Design, build and manage the full partner lifecycle - onboarding, activation, growth, reactivation, and churn - including scalable self-serve experiences
Develop and maintain partner enablement infrastructure (manuals, playbooks, FAQs, training materials), as well as enablement resources and knowledge bases for Partner Managers.
Drive operational scalability by leveraging AI and automation to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual work
Serve as the operational focal point across Product, Finance, Legal, and Data teams, aligning commercial terms and program policies
5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Affiliate Operations, or Revenue Operations within a digital or technology-driven company
Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing affiliate/partner platforms (Everflow, Impact, Cellxpert, or similar)
Demonstrated experience with complex tracking and attribution models
Strong technical fluency with cross-system workflows, integrations, and data flows between CRM, tracking systems, BI, finance, and partner platforms
Advanced analytical capabilities to independently analyze performance data and translate insights into structural improvements
Deep understanding of performance marketing economics and commission/payout models (CPA, CPL, CPC, rev share, renewals, clawbacks)
Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools, including building or configuring AI agents and scalable workflows
Experience building knowledge bases to support automation, partner enablement, and operational scalability
Ability to validate data integrity and write basic SQL queries to investigate discrepancies
Experience designing self-serve partner experiences, including onboarding flows and partner portals
Proven ability to design cross-functional processes in collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
Strong ownership mindset, structured working style, and high attention to detail
