Lemonade is rebuilding the foundation of how insurance products are created. LoCo (Low Code) is our next-generation tech stack that replaces handwritten code with configuration - enabling us to launch new insurance products in days, not years.
You'll spend most of your time deep in systems design, working alongside engineers to make hard calls about how configuration schemas are structured, where the boundary between config and code should live, and what tradeoffs the platform should make to serve product teams building on top of it. You'll carry the kind of discretion that today sits with senior engineers - and you'll be expected to earn it.
We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
