Qualifications
Manage daily operations of a small to medium-sized site while leading a small team. This role is responsible for service delivery, staff performance, and maintaining a strong customer-focused environment while meeting operational and service-level expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and supervise a small team
- Manage contracted services including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, audit standards, deadlines, and quality requirements
- Prioritize multiple operational and managerial responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate employees
- Conduct performance management, employee counseling, and career development planning
- Communicate team priorities and promote a positive work culture
- Maintain daily customer contact and gather end-user feedback
- Identify service gaps, scope changes, and process improvements
- Ensure proper staffing by aligning skills, equipment, and production needs
- Prepare site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pricing, ordering, and invoicing issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of related experience (B2B and/or technical)
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex problems
- Working knowledge of technology and office production environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk the site as needed
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to small or medium-sized groups
